Jenny studied at the prestigious Juilliard
School, where she was taught by the late Dorothy Delay, Chin Kim, and Mr.Hyo
In 2000, she performed in her hometown
Seoul, Korea at the Peace concert with Luciano Pavarotti for an audience of
90,000. She has also guest-performed for world-renowned musicians such as Eric
Clapton, Zucchero, Lionel Richie and Andrea Boccelli.
In 2001 she performed at The Rheingau Musik
Festival with The Poland Philharmonic and continued touring with the
Philharmonic throughout Poland & Germany playing Mendelssohn Violin
Concerto in every major halls in Germany and Poland.
In 2002, in Modena, Italy, Jenny was
personally invited by Luciano Pavarotti to perform at his annual charity
concert, ‘Pavarotti and Friends’ where she performed with Deep Purple, ‘Smoke
on the water’.
In 2004 Jenny was featured on Zucchero
& Co Live at The Royal Albert Hall DVD, which to this date has sold
millions. Their rendition of “Everybody’s Got To Learn Sometime” is one of the
most moving versions of The Korgis classic.
In 2007 as a Red Cross Ambassador Jenny was
asked to make a speech at The United Nations to welcome fellow South Korean
Ban, Ki-Moon, the Secretary General.
In 2007 & 2008 Jenny was invited by the
Nobel Peace Laureates Summit in Rome where she performed in front of guests
such as Mikhail Gorbachev, George Clooney & Peter Gabriel.
In 2009 Jenny was featured on the single
“Glory Glory Man United” for the world famous Manchester United Football Club.
She also appeared in front of 70,000 fans at Old Trafford during half time in a
match against Chelsea FC and performed at the MUFC’s ‘Player of the year’
awards. Jenny’s page on the MUFC’s website is the most hit page in the history
of the site.
After taking a short break from the
industry Jenny returned this year to perform at the Latin Billboard awards in
Miami to open up for the best artist of the year nominee, Don Omar featuring
In May, she hosted a charity event with
Ascot, in aid of Aegis trust, to raise money and awareness for the victims of
modern day war crimes and genocide.
2012 June, Jenny was featured by BBC World
as ‘one of the finest crossover violinists of all time’ hosted by Babita
Sharma. It has attracted 13 million viewers worldwide.
2012 December, Together with British
Airways, she launched their route to Seoul, Korea, which opened on December
6th, 2012 where she took the stage with Willie Walsh, CEO of International
Airlines Group to give a speech and to perform in dresses specially designed
for this special occasion by the famous designer, Alice Temperley.
2012, December, Jenny performed in Seoul, Korea sponsored by Samsung.
In January, she was invited to performa at
the Korean Embassy UK’’s Annual Gala to promote her country.
In June, Jenny was invited by Standard
Chartered Bank to perform at their annual charity gala in Hong Kong, ‘Seeing is
Believing’ where she raised $2.7M with Sir Ranulph Fiennes, in which the bank
matched dollar to dollar.
In December 2013, Jenny and Derek
Paravicini performed at St.Pauls Cathedral in aid of Seeing is Believing by
Standard Chartered. The guests included the Countess of Essex, Hugh Grant, Sir
R.Fiennes, amongst many others.
In May 2014,Jenny released her Kickstarter
Album in which she raised the funds using Kickstarter Platform, which became
the highest raised in Classcal Genre.
